1997 ARRL Periodicals Help doesn't work in Windows 3.x

Symptom

Users of Windows 3.x won't be able to use the help file installed by the Periodicals installation.

Solution

Download (197,714 bytes) this fixed version of the help file. Unzip and copy it over your existing qst97.hlp, typically found in c:\qst97\.
